Dunthorne Parker Architects produces architecture of distinction, character and vitality. We strive to understand the brief, the client’s needs, the budget, programming, and all individual constraints, and then to exceed all expectations.

Dunthorne Parker Architects is a studio based architectural practice located in Central London. Established in 1978 the practice has a broad portfolio of architecture projects. Having established a reputation for innovative, rational, and detail conscious design that delivers rigorous built form, the practice continues to carry this approach into new projects in all.

Timeline

1978 Forming of practice Mal Parker and John Dunthorne leave CBRE to form Dunthorne Parker Architects, based in Marble Arch. Over a period of years the firm grew to have a substantial commercial workload of many building types, as indicated by the following awards:-
1986 Golden Cross, Oxford Conversion of a Grade 1 historic coaching inn in the centre of Oxford to form a specialty shopping parade and the gateway into Oxford’s covered market.

2008 St John’s College, Oxford Alumni and performance arts complex for St John’s College

2009 Milton Park, Egham Headquarters building for Belron / Autoglass
